We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Grower/Horticultural production professional to join our team. You will be involved in growing a wide range of bedding, basket and perennial plants. It is a hands on role covering all aspects of plant husbandry. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys growing plants, likes being hands on and wants to be part of a busy commercial horticultural operation.

Hours: Full Time (40 Hours per Week)

Requirements

We are open minded about where you've gained your experience. We'd be interested in people coming from all areas of horticulture, as long as you have a good understanding of plants and enjoy the practical side of horticulture.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a genuine interest in plants and horticulture
• Enjoys being hands-on
• Has a good understanding of plant care and husbandry
• Works well as part of a team
• Wants to learn, develop and take on more responsibility

As always applicants must be friendly, honest and reliable with the ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend work on a rota basis is essential.
