This is an advisory role, not an account management position. You won't manage ad accounts directly. Instead, you'll collaborate with our Brand Growth team to advise brands on paid media strategy, performance, and growth.

Location: Remote (US-based).

What You'll Do

• Audit top Trybe brands' Meta ad accounts, identifying opportunities to improve campaign structure, bidding, budgets, and performance.
• Work directly with brand founders and marketing teams to advise on paid media strategy and growth.
• Lead educational sessions, webinars, and strategic discussions to help brands improve their advertising results.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve advertising tools, attribution, and analytics.
• Help build and develop Trybe's paid media function as the company grows.
• Help build Trybe's version of GMV Max—ask us about this in your interview.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads.
• Proven experience personally managing $1M+ in monthly Meta ad spend.
• Strong background in e-commerce, DTC brands, or consumer apps.
• Agency or multi-brand experience, with direct responsibility for campaign strategy and execution.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta campaign structure, bidding strategies, creative testing, attribution, and performance optimization.
• Experience scaling UGC and creator content through paid advertising.
• Familiarity with Shopify and attribution platforms such as Northbeam or Triple Whale.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, or leading media buying teams is a plus.
