🎨 WE’RE HIRING: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visuals for digital platforms, social media, print publications, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate can translate ideas into compelling designs while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original graphics, illustrations, layouts, and artwork for digital and print marketing materials.
• Prepare rough drafts, mockups, and design concepts for review, and refine designs based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for logos, colors, typography, layouts, and other visual elements.
• Ensure all final designs are visually appealing, professional, and aligned with the company’s brand and goals.
• Edit, resize, and optimize images for websites, social media, and print production.
• Produce artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Design social media content based on the content calendar and product briefs provided by the Social Media Content Creator.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to complete projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools.
• Organize, store, and back up creative files in accordance with company policies, including proper use of Brandfolder or other digital asset management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with CorelDRAW and other creative tools is an advantage.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating relevant digital and print design work.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, accuracy, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work methodically, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong self-motivation.
• Knowledge of Brandfolder or other digital asset management tools is an advantage.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
