About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative E-Commerce Assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of our online business. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for someone who enjoys a mix of creative work, digital marketing, and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable using computers and online platforms, and willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Website Management

• Upload products and update product listings on our website.
• Write engaging product descriptions and website copy.
• Edit product photos and prepare images for online use.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Assist with creating and managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Help develop marketing copy, promotional content, and product campaigns.
• Assist with email marketing, social media content, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor advertising performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Print shipping labels, prepare packages, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Help organize inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise.

General Operations

• Provide general administrative and operational support.
• Help improve processes to make daily operations more efficient.
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good written communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic photo editing skills and an eye for visual presentation.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Able to stand for periods of time and lift or move packages as needed.

Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems, is a plus. Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other photo editing tools is also beneficial.
