Key Responsibility
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities with sourcing function partners and lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions — using platforms such as Claude (Code and Cowork) — across recurring workflows including data reconciliation, analytics, business intelligence research, and reporting dashboards.
- Map existing sourcing and supply chain processes end-to-end; re-engineer manual or redundant steps using AI tooling, prompt engineering, and low-code/scripting automation.
- Build, integrate and maintain AI-assisted analytics outputs and dashboards (Smartsheet, Tableau, Excel) that provide sourcing performance insights and forward-looking business intelligence for executive audiences.
- Act as the internal AI champion for the sourcing team — translate technical AI capabilities into business language, upskill teammates, and drive sustainable tool adoption across functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, QA, and IT to align AI initiatives with broader business goals and system integration requirements (SAP, Infor Nexus, Centric PLM).
- Prepare and present project updates, business cases, and initiative scorecards to senior and VP-level leadership; communicate AI project outcomes as strategic impact narratives.
- Manage multiple AI projects concurrently as an individual contributor, maintaining a structured project tracker and driving deliverables from scoping through handoff without direct reports.
