What You'll Be Doing

Fitment and Product Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer fitment questions and issues, using vehicle details, photos, measurements, and other information to determine the appropriate product and solution.
• Troubleshoot fitment concerns and determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, adjustment, additional guidance, or escalation when needed.
• Clearly communicate product compatibility, fitment expectations, and installation considerations to customers.
• Identify recurring fitment issues and share trends and product feedback with the appropriate team members.

Customer Service

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via:
• Phone, including sales-related calls
• Email
• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Direct Messages (DMs)
• Post comments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, fitment information, orders, and resolutions.

Installation Support

• Occasionally assist with the installation of custom seat covers for customers visiting the facility.
• Learn and follow Seat Cover Solutions' installation procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with preparing vehicles and products for installation and ensure completed installations meet company expectations.
• Communicate with customers during the installation process when questions or concerns arise.

Teamwork and Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex fitment and customer issues.
• Share customer feedback and identify recurring fitment, product, or process issues.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take initiative with new responsibilities, processes, systems, and other duties as assigned.

What You Should Have

• 1+ years of customer service or equivalent experience
• Ability and willingness to learn detailed product, vehicle, and fitment information.
• Experience with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Comfortable performing occasional hands-on work, including bending, reaching, kneeling, and working inside vehicle interiors and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to accurately document customer, vehicle, order, and fitment information while managing multiple customer interactions.
• Comfortable asking detailed questions and gathering information needed to accurately diagnose customer and fitment concerns
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when gathering and reviewing vehicle information
• Strong organizational and task-management skills

Preferred, but not required

• Automotive, installation, upholstery, or other hands-on experience
• Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Youtube preferred

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

Compensation And Benefits

The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $50-55k/year + performance-based commissions. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.

This is a full-time position. Standard work schedule is Monday-Friday unless otherwise noted.
