Job Description

Your mission

You are an experienced Live Commerce leader passionate about Live Stream production and strategic digital branded content. You comfortably navigate conversations between lives strategy, analytics, and growth. The Live Commerce Lead is under the Brand Team and is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the livestream activities at Shopee aligned with the business objectives. You easily pivot when changes are thrown your way and thrive in start-up/scrappy environments.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Lead the Livestream team, focusing on both Shopee Lives and Live Commerce for Sellers.
• Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and expectations;
• Coordinate all Shopee Livestream processes - End-to-end sourcing for talents to be featured, drive content/sales strategies, and monitor post-production processes;
• To scale B2B Lives Growth and Sellers KPIs management
• Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure deliverables are being met in order to have clear communication on the program planning such as scheduling, airing time, key promotion message, hosts, etc
• Responsible for Live Commerce strategy setup, implementation, results, financials, and communications
• Develop creative ways to enhance or improve the live stream workflow
• Identify gaps and opportunities for growth, user retention, and conversion
• Other ad hoc tasks that are assigned
• Become the person in charge of livestream planning and central boost planning

Requirements

Requirements

Degree Required in Marketing, Cinema, Communications, or related fields.

Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge

Advanced English

Previous Experience in Live Commerce roles and leading other Live Stream teams.
