Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms, including Facebook, and Instagram, TikTok.
• Create and manage social content aligned with brand direction and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Design, Media, and Marketing teams to execute content plans.
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative ideas to improve content performance.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of dedicated experience as a Content Creator, Social Content Specialist, or Copywriter (not general/broad marketing roles where content is secondary).
• Core Competencies:
• Strong expertise in Creative Copywriting and Content Planning across major social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.).
• Proven ability to conceptualize visual angles, write engaging scripts, and brief designers or edit short-form content (CapCut/TikTok).
• Sharp instinct for viral trends with the ability to adapt them into the brand’s tone and voice.
• Prior background/experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, or Personal Care (deep understanding of skincare ingredients, routines, and beauty consumer insights).
• Background from agency is a plus
