About Zoe

At Zoe, we make products for parents, and we genuinely understand what that life looks like. The early mornings, the juggling act, the moments you don't want to miss. We built this company with that reality in mind, and it shapes everything about how we work.

We want our team to love what they do and feel proud of where they do it. But we also want them to be present for bedtime routines, school pickups, and all the in-between moments that matter most. Being a caregiver isn't something you leave at the door here; it's something we respect and make room for.

When our people thrive at home, they bring their best to work. That's not just something we say, it's something we try to live every day.

Working at Zoe

The Zoe marketing office is located in the Green Hills area of Nashville.

This role is for local candidates only; we aren’t offering relocation. This role requires an average of 40 hours/week and working from the Nashville office at least three days each week. During busier seasons, and depending on shooting schedules, a four-day in-office week may be required.

Job Overview

The Content Producer will be our in-house shooter and editor. Most of your work will be short-form video and photography for Meta ads, organic social, and YouTube. You'll also handle product photography and site content in our in-house studio. You'll take a brief from concept to final export: planning the shoot with help from the Creative Lead, capturing it, editing it, and delivering versions for every placement. This is a hands-on role for someone who already has strong technical fundamentals and wants to use them at a brand that develops a lot of personality-filled creativity.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience shooting and editing professionally, ideally in-house at a consumer brand or at an agency producing social-first content.
  • A portfolio showing both short-form social video and product or studio photography. This is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of mirrorless or DSLR cameras: manual exposure, focus, frame rates, and lens choice. Experience with Canon bodies is a plus.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom at minimum. After Effects for motion graphics and text animation is a strong plus.
  • Comfort with CapCut and mobile-first editing for fast-turn social content.
  • Studio lighting experience for product photography, including continuous and strobe lighting, light shaping, and getting consistent results across a product line.
  • Solid audio capture and basic color correction and grading.
  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
  • Bonus: experience shooting with kids or babies, or a personal connection to parenting content.

Our Kit

  • Canon R5 Mark II
  • DJI Osmo Pocket
  • iPhone
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • CapCut
  • In-house photo studio
  • Capture One

What You'll Do

  • Shoot and edit video for paid social (Meta), organic social (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and YouTube, delivering in every format a campaign needs (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) with platform-native pacing, hooks, and captions
  • Capture lifestyle and UGC-style content on location and on the go with iPhone and Osmo Pocket, alongside more polished work on a Canon R5 Mark II
  • Manage the post-production pipeline: organizing footage, archiving, version control, and on-time delivery of final assets
  • Handle lighting, audio, and color on shoots, so footage leaves set ready to edit
  • Work with the Creative Lead and Social Media Manager to plan shoots, write shot lists, and turn briefs into finished content
  • Produce ad creative variations for testing, working with our digital team on what performs and building iterations from the results
  • Help with shoot logistics as needed: props, talent (including babies, toddlers, and their parents), locations, and scheduling
  • Run product photography in our in-house studio: lighting setup, consistent framing, and clean, retouched images for the site and marketplaces
