Job Description

• Lead and execute all video shoots (store, production, studio) with strong on-set direction
• Plan shoots (shot lists, angles, lighting setup, timing) and deliver on deadlines
• Capture content with a strong eye for lighting, composition, styling, and small details
• Shoot with clear intention: storytelling, product focus, and brand-first visuals
• Apply tasteful filters/looks and maintain a consistent visual style
• Stay up to date with social trends and bring them into our content (visual + sound trends)
• Manage and mentor 1 team member (guidance, reviews, task delegation)
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in videography/content creation
• Strong portfolio/showreel (social-first, campaigns, retail/lifestyle content)
• Advanced skills in camera operation + lighting
• Strong sense of aesthetics, pacing, and trend relevance
• Ability to work fast, organized, and consistently meet deadlines
