About the role
At myota, we’re transforming gut health through clinically proven prebiotic fibre products.
Founded by world-leading microbiome scientists and experienced operators, and backed by some of Europe’s top VCs, myota is pioneering a new era of evidence-based gut health. Our products are clinically effective, patented, and built on groundbreaking research from MIT.
With over 65,000 customers, growing adoption among doctors, dietitians and nutritionists, and a clinical research programme spanning the NHS and leading universities, we’re already making a meaningful difference. Now, we’re building the #1 direct-to-consumer gut health brand.
You’ll join a small, high-impact team working to prevent and reverse the chronic disease burden linked to poor gut health. We’re here to extend healthy lifespans, one gut at a time.
We’re looking for a Clinical Partnerships Manager to build and run myota’s practitioner channel: the network of health and wellness professionals who recommend myota to the people they look after.
This is a role for someone with real scientific understanding who wants to use it commercially, helping dietitians, nutritionists, gastroenterologists, personal trainers and clinics understand fibre and the microbiome well enough to recommend myota with confidence.
Practitioners are some of the most trusted voices in health. When a dietitian suggests something to a client, or a PT builds it into a programme, it carries a weight no ad can match. Done well, this channel grows through credibility, not discounts.
Practitioners already recommend myota. Dietitians, nutritionists and clinicians get in touch every week asking for practitioner pricing, samples, resources or ways to partner with us.
That interest has grown organically. With a dedicated owner, it can become a structured programme and one of myota’s most important growth channels. We have the ingredients: clinically proven products, a Clinical team that practitioners respect, and a category where trust matters more than almost anywhere else.
We need someone to build the network, set up the programme and prove how far the channel can go.
You’ll own the practitioner and clinical partnerships channel end to end, across three connected areas.
1. The Practitioner Network (the heart of the role)
2. Clinical and wellness partnerships
3. Practitioner-led content
Across all three, you’ll own the reporting: who is in the network, how active they are, and what the channel delivers.
You’ll report to our Chief Growth Officer and work closely with our Clinical and R&D teams on everything scientific: the evidence, the claims and how we talk to clinical audiences. You’ll also work day to day with Content, Lifecycle, Customer Experience and B2B.
This is a builder role, with the freedom to decide how things get set up. You might spend a morning with a gastroenterologist, an afternoon designing a referral tier, and the next day writing a newsletter or pitching a private clinic group.
We’re proud to have scientists in commercial roles. If you join with a research background, we’ll feature you on the myota science portal as the person practitioners and partners come to first.
We’re building myota as an AI-enabled company from the ground up. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should naturally ask: “How could this scale without me doing it by hand every time?”
That could mean using AI to summarise new research for a newsletter, track network activity, draft partnership proposals, turn a webinar into several pieces of content, or build a knowledge base for practitioners’ common questions.
We’re looking for someone who builds a programme that gets stronger as it grows, not someone who manages relationships one inbox at a time.
In your first 3–6 months, you will have:
Success doesn’t mean signing up as many practitioners as possible. It means proving practitioners can be a meaningful, repeatable source of trusted growth, and building the programme that lets it scale.
You understand the gut microbiome and fibre well enough to hold your own with a gastroenterologist, and can explain it simply enough for a PT to pass on to a client.
You want your knowledge to reach people and make a measurable difference, not stay in a paper or a lab. You’re comfortable with a blank page, and you’d rather prove an idea than wait for permission. And you care about doing it properly: accurate claims, honest relationships and recommendations that actually help people.
