Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and experience to all clients
• Listen considerately to customer needs and create customized solutions that uphold the Victoria Beckham Beauty standards
• Achieve sales goals and specific KPIs while striving to overachieve all standards
• Uphold Victoria Beckham Beauty image and counter hygiene standards
• Adhere to all VBB policies and best practices including Time & Attendance, Grooming, Meal & Rest Breaks, etc.

Qualifications

• 2+yrs in sales, preferably in luxury and beauty
• Makeup artistry skills preferred
• Passionate about the luxury beauty environment, artistry and selling/clienteling
• Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional service to clients
• Proven ability to productively achieve goals
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills
• Collaborative and driven to succeed individually and as a team
• Self-reliant and driven; able to work in both a fast paced and slower environment
