The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Associate Manager, Retail Marketing Project Management to support retail marketing initiatives across our growing portfolio of North American retail accounts.

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of retail marketing projects, ensuring assets, product content, approvals, and other deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The primary areas of focus are in-store visual merchandising (VM) and retailer e-commerce product pages, with Target and Target.com representing the most immediate priorities.

You will support programs across Target, Sephora, Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, Nordstrom, and future retail partners as our business expands. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring each retailer's specific requirements are met. As new accounts are added, you will help establish the project plans, workflows, and launch checklists needed to support a smooth and organized onboarding process.

The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager who takes ownership of the details, anticipates potential roadblocks, follows through on commitments, and keeps multiple projects moving forward. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and consistency to a fast-paced environment.

The initial focus is on flawless execution and strong project management. As you grow in the role and develop a deeper understanding of our business and retail partners, there may be opportunities to take on broader planning, account collaboration, and strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Marketing Project Management

  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple retail accounts.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, retail calendars, status reports, and action items.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to collect inputs, communicate deadlines, secure approvals, and ensure deliverables move forward.
  • Proactively identify missing information, potential delays, and executional risks; follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Keep project briefs, creative files, retailer specifications, approvals, and final assets organized and accessible.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet retailer requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

2. In-Store Visual Merchandising

  • Coordinate in-store VM projects, including planogram updates, merchandising resets, displays, end caps, fixtures, and launch-related materials.
  • Manage deliverables from initial brief through creative development, revisions, approvals, production, and final delivery.
  • Partner with Creative, Sales, and Production teams to ensure assets are accurate and meet retailer specifications.
  • Track production milestones, delivery deadlines, and other project dependencies.
  • Maintain organized records of VM assets, retailer guidelines, approvals, and final deliverables.
  • Support execution across Target, Sephora, Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, Nordstrom, and other assigned retail partners.

3. Retailer E-Commerce Product Pages

  • Coordinate product page setup, updates, and maintenance across retailer e-commerce platforms, with an immediate emphasis on Target.com.
  • Manage the collection and submission of product copy, imagery, video, product attributes, and enhanced content, as applicable.
  • Track content requirements, asset collection, submission dates, approvals, and page readiness.
  • Work with Brand, Creative, Digital, Sales, and other relevant teams to ensure product information and assets are accurate, complete, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor product page status and follow up on missing, outdated, inaccurate, or delayed content.
  • Ensure product pages are ready in accordance with retailer requirements, launch schedules, and submission deadlines.
  • Maintain clear trackers documenting content status, outstanding items, and completion.

4. Retail Account Support & New Account Onboarding

  • Support retail marketing execution across existing accounts, prioritizing Target while managing deliverables for all other retail partners.
  • Develop a working understanding of each retailer's requirements, processes, specifications, submission workflows, and deadlines.
  • Help onboard new retail accounts by gathering requirements, organizing deliverables, establishing timelines, and coordinating the completion of required assets and product content.
  • Build and maintain repeatable project checklists, trackers, and workflows to support efficient account launches.
  • Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to ensure account-specific deliverables are clearly defined and completed on schedule.
  • Adapt to changing business priorities and new account needs while maintaining visibility into existing commitments.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Brand, Sales, Creative, Digital, and other relevant teams to coordinate retail marketing deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with our global office based in Seoul, South Korea.
  • Communicate project status, upcoming deadlines, outstanding approvals, and next steps clearly and consistently.
  • Document feedback and track revisions through final approval.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand their responsibilities and have the information needed to complete work on time.
  • Flag issues early, escalate when necessary, and help keep projects moving without losing sight of details.
