🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Technical Lead – ERP & eCommerce Development

Shopperbeats is a growing international eCommerce and multi-channel retail business. We are building our own ERP platform to streamline product management, inventory, procurement, pricing, order management, fulfilment, and marketplace integrations.

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Technical Lead who can contribute to software architecture, lead technical implementation, and help build scalable ERP solutions for our global eCommerce operations.

• Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ERP modules for products, inventory, procurement, pricing, purchase orders, orders, and fulfilment.
• Design scalable software architecture and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Cin7 (Similar), shipping providers, and other third-party systems.
• Manage APIs, webhooks, databases, backend services, and frontend dashboards.
• Handle Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS where required, local servers, domains, deployments, and infrastructure.
• Implement AI-powered automation and improve operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.

• Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, or FastAPI.
• Experience developing ERP, OMS, inventory management, or eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and Celery.
• Understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, deployment, security, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Ability to convert business requirements into reliable, scalable software solutions.

• Preferred Experience

• Amazon SP-API, Walmart Marketplace APIs, eBay APIs, and Shopify APIs.
• Retail ERP platforms such as Cin7, Unleashed, or Sellercloud, unicommerce
• Google Cloud, AWS, AI integrations, and workflow automation.
• Multi-channel retail, wholesale, Amazon FBA, and Walmart WFS operations.
• Technical team coordination and end-to-end project delivery.
