PT Good Sale Tech is looking for a Affiliate Specialist to manage and develop relationships with high-potential creators, optimize affiliate performance, and drive sustainable GMV growth across TikTok Shop and Shopee.

• Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential and top-performing affiliates
• Performance Growth: Track and analyze creator GMV, content output, conversion rates, and engagement to identify opportunities for growth
• Campaign & Incentive Management: Coordinate affiliate campaigns, special commission schemes, product launches, and promotional activities
• Creator Development: Provide performance feedback, content recommendations, and strategic guidance to improve creator productivity
• Portfolio Management: Evaluate creator performance, prioritize high-value accounts, and drive creator retention and revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in handling affiliate accounts or affiliate marketing
• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL management, account management, or digital marketing is preferred
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, creator performance, and key GMV drivers
• Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with beauty trends.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and data analysis
• Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple creator accounts, campaigns, and performance targets simultaneously
