1. POSM & Retail Design – Develop creative designs for new product launches, retail merchandising materials, promotional campaigns, and in-store displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and China HQ design standards.
2. Design Adaptation & Production – Adapt key visuals (KV) into various POSM formats and sizes, prepare print-ready artwork, and ensure design accuracy before mass production.
3. Internal Design Support – Create visual materials for internal events, training, recruitment, presentations, and other departmental requirements.
4. Retail Visual Merchandising – Support the development of in-store display standards, merchandising layouts, and visual presentation guidelines.
5. Creative Development – Propose creative ideas to improve brand visibility and retail presentation based on market trends, competitor benchmarking, and actual store conditions.
6. Project Coordination – Coordinate with merchandising and procurement team to ensure design requirements, revisions, and final artwork are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Strong creative thinking, layout design, typography, and attention to detail.
3. Experience in POSM, retail marketing, print production, or visual merchandising is highly preferred.
4. Able to independently develop designs based on creative briefs and adapt China HQ materials to local retail requirements.
5. Capable of managing multiple projects, working under tight deadlines, and handling urgent design requests.
6. Knowledge of print production specifications, artwork sizing, and file preparation is an advantage.
7. Knowledge of 3D design and proficiency in 3D modeling or rendering software is an advantage.
8. Previous experience in the smartphone, consumer electronics, or retail industry is preferred.

Work Arrangement

1. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
2. Work Site: BGC, Taguig City
3. Work Setup: Primarily on-site, with WFH quota subject to management approval.
