GLD, Built by People Who Want to Win Together

GLD began in 2015 when Christian Johnston and a group of childhood friends started designing bold, high-quality jewelry in a Pittsburgh basement. Today, we’re a global brand headquartered in Miami, serving millions of customers worldwide and collaborating with leading athletes, artists, and cultural institutions.

At GLD, “winning together” isn’t a slogan, it’s how we work. We operate with grit, accountability, and high standards, and we expect everyone on the team to own their impact. We move fast, solve real problems, and care deeply about the quality of what we put into the world.

Our partnerships with names like A$AP Rocky, Carmelo Anthony, Paul Pogba, and organizations including the NBA and NFL reflect the authentic relationships we’ve built at the intersection of sport, music, and culture.

This is a high-performance environment where creativity and execution go hand in hand. We reward results, invest in our people, and create opportunities for growth through real responsibility, not hierarchy or hype. Our continued double-digit growth, global reach, and expanding partnerships are the result of strong teams doing focused work.

GLD has been recognized as a Top Workplace, but what matters more is how the work feels day to day: challenging, fast-moving, and meaningful. If you want to build, contribute, and see your work show up in the world, GLD may be the right place for you.
